FAQ
Got questions? Good — asking them is step one of getting this right.
Here's the stuff I get asked most, answered honestly, no sales spin. If yours isn't here, just flick me an email and I'll sort you out

Yes. I'll break your invoice down however works for you — as long as there's a deposit to kick things off and the project's paid in full before final handover, the bit in between is flexible.
Usually that's a straightforward 50/50 split. Want it weekly or fortnightly instead so it fits your cash flow? Easy. Just say the word.

That's the best place to start. No preconceptions means no baggage — we get to build your strategy from scratch, look at it with a critical eye, and land on a brand and plan that's actually built around your business goals.
Not knowing isn't a problem. It's an opportunity.

Afraid not babes, I'm a strategic designer, not a copy-paste service.
My job is to get you closer to your business goals, and recreating someone else's design won't do that.
My whole thing is listening to your story, figuring out what makes you tick, and turning that into a brand people can't look away from.

No — and if that's what you're after, I'm probably not your girl.
I'm here to guide your brand with strategy, not take orders. If you want a yes designer who just does what they're told, that's not me.
What you get instead is someone who'll push back when it matters, ask the harder questions, and make sure what we build actually works for your business — not just what looked good in your head.

If we've done the strategy right — really answered the questions, run through the process properly — chances are you're going to love it. That's the whole point of my process.
If you genuinely don't like the design, it’s more likely that something has gone amiss along the way, and we go back and figure out what.
Small tweaks here and there? Totally normal, part of the process. But a full "start again, this isn't me at all" reaction usually means a step got skipped, not that you need a different designer.
Trust the process. It's not often I get it wrong.

Enough to get it right, not endless enough to lose the plot. We'll build in dedicated feedback rounds at the key stages so your thoughts shape the work as we go — this isn't a "send it off and hope" situation.
If we're miles off after that, chances are we need to revisit the brief, not just tweak the design.
-
Depends on the size of what we're building — a quick refresh moves faster than a full brand transformation.
Once we've chatted about scope, I'll give you a realistic timeline upfront, not a "we'll see how it goes" shrug. No surprises, communication along the way, always.

I get it — I'm a business owner too, and imposter syndrome is a nasty beast.
Curbing it is basically part of my job description. I'm here to build your confidence, not just your brand — a plan you actually feel safe in, and a way of presenting yourself that lets you run head-first at your goals instead of second-guessing every step. I make a pretty great hype girl too!
