1. Eligibility

  • This giveaway is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Entrants must either:

    • Be based in / able to travel to the Bay of Plenty or Auckland region, or

    • Be able to send their product(s) to The Slo Space for photography.

  • The giveaway is open to anyone who would benefit from creative work — including small businesses, side hustles, start-ups, or personal projects.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Underscore 19 Design Studio or The Slo Space are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

  • Entry requirements are outlined in the corresponding Instagram post.

  • Only entries that meet all stated requirements will be considered valid.

  • Entries must be received by [27.11.25].

  • Late, incomplete, or duplicate entries may not be accepted.

3. Prize

This giveaway includes two separate prizes:

From Underscore 19 Design Studio (Value: $550+)

  • 2 x short-format print collateral pieces

  • A set of custom illustrations

  • 1.5 hours of design work (your choice of service)

  • Note: Printing is not included; all assets will be professionally prepared for print and/or web use.

From The Slo Space (Value: $450)

  • 1.5–2 hour photoshoot

  • 30–60 professionally edited photos

  • 5 edited reels

Redemption Period:

  • Prizes can be redeemed in the new year (2026) and are valid for 6 months from the date of prize notification.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Underscore 19 Design Studio and The Slo Space reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.

  • Winners will be announced on Instagram via [Stories + post] on [28.11.25] and contacted directly via DM.

  • If a winner does not respond within 5 days, another winner may be drawn.

5. Use of Prize / Collaboration

  • Winners agree to collaborate in good faith on their creative projects and provide any required materials (e.g. product samples, brand assets, or information).

  • If products are being sent to The Slo Space, entrants are responsible for shipping costs to and from the studio (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Underscore 19 Design Studio and The Slo Space may share behind-the-scenes content, process updates, and final outcomes across digital channels as part of the giveaway promotion.

6. General Conditions

  • Underscore 19 Design Studio and The Slo Space reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances require.

  • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to their name and/or business being shared publicly if selected as a winner.
